The flagship project Linked Care for the mobile care and assistance is an example of how intensive user involvement can bring benefits and joy. Medication was given top priority. Numerous routes, phone calls, inquiries and time wasting were discussed at length. The Linked Care project partners were able to agree on joint solutions that save effort, time and frustration. A pilot test in 2024 will show whether these expectations are actually met....
